Senior Group Classes:
Our Senior Group Classes provide a supportive, energizing environment tailored to every fitness level. We blend “fun”ctional fitness with light aerobics, gentle strength training, and mobility work to help seniors move confidently and comfortably. Offerings include Senior Stretch for flexibility, Cardio Strength for heart health and endurance, and Chair-Based Classes for safe, accessible movement. Every session is designed with the unique needs of each individual in mind.
